County Council produces this event each year to engage adults, 50+, in a week-long event that promotes a healthy, social and active lifestyle!  The mission of the Delaware County Parks and Recreation Department is to provide and promote quality recreation programs, facilities and services to the residents of Delaware County. The Mission of COSA is to plan, develop, coordinate and administer a comprehensive service system for older adults.
